Construction requirements for polyurethane waterproof coating

1. The base surface is required to be flat, clean, free from sand and looseness, and with a moisture content of less than 8%.

2. During construction, the base surface acceptance should be carried out first to ensure compliance with the requirements. A layer of primer must be applied first, and the primer must be uniform.

3. After the adhesive has solidified, proceed with a second application, with the direction of the application perpendicular to the previous one to prevent missed scratches. Apply three to five times in sequence.

4. After completion, no personnel are allowed to enter or proceed to the next process before the waterproof layer has solidified, in order to avoid damaging the waterproof layer.
